Selecting From and To will filter all reports and graphs with those dates. The other, summary information on the form are calculated. Select one (or more) reports and then click GO.

Creates a schedule of 10 weeks before race and from date.

Groups by miles run. Now that I have a garmin and each run is to the hundreths of a mile, the report needs work. Probably group by half mile increments (such as pace - see below - is grouped by 5 second increments.)

Milse By Month
Comments
This is a little different than the others. It is best to look at all the data. It displays the month that has the most mileage. The footer has all miles run in the data range, and the total of all the maximum months. The report above is as of 2/2/2008.
